The Place:
This cafe is part of a franchise and located within the Mitre 10 garden store. They have a huge range of food including a kids menu, blackboard menu, gluten free, Paleo, refined sugar free, raw and dairy free, counter food for breakfast, brunch, lunch or a coffee and a small bite to eat. It’s nice to have a cafe where you can go shopping afterwards.
The Service:
The service was fast given how busy the place was.
The presentation:
The food was plated up nicely, and the garnish of parsley sprinkled across the bene added visual appeal.
The Benedict – was delicious. You had the option of salmon or bacon.
The eggs – the free-range eggs were slightly overdone, but also still runny enough.
The bacon – was cooked perfectly, had great flavour and there was a good quantity.
The spinach – came with the dish at no extra cost! It was wilted just right.
The hollandaise – very much doubt this was homemade.
The bread – was good.
Would we go again?
Yes we would.
